FirmFlow Systems provides automated intake assistance for law firms using consent-based SMS communication strictly for operational purposes.
FirmFlow Systems Intake Assistance
SMS messages are sent only to assist users who have initiated contact with a participating law firm. These messages relate solely to intake-related communications following user-initiated contact. We do not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages.
Users opt in by first contacting a participating law firm via its official business phone number. If a call is missed, the user may receive a single SMS message such as:
Only if the user replies "YES" is consent recorded and further service-related messages sent. No additional automated messages are sent without explicit opt-in.
Message frequency varies based on the user's interaction and inquiry needs. Typically, users receive 1–5 messages per inquiry.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Users may opt out at any time by replying:
STOP — to unsubscribe from SMS communications
After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the user initiates a new inquiry.
Users can reply HELP at any time for assistance.

All communications are strictly triggered by user-initiated contact and are service-related.
When a user opts in to SMS communication, we collect and store phone numbers and message interactions solely for operational intake and customer support purposes.
